Life can be busy and hectic. Sometimes, we all need a little bit of quiet time to relax and unwind! If you would like to take the opportunity to have a bit of time out while we cut your hair, that is fine by us. We will simply have an informative conversation about your haircut when you first sit in the chair and the only other interaction will be to explain any steps to you during the haircut if necessary.
If this is something that you would like to book, please select the Silent Haircut option for your cutting service and choose from our range of stylists, who are happy to offer this option to you.
As of July 19th, 2021, all restrictions are lifted in the UK and masks are no longer legally required along with social distancing. The government has advised that we make our own informed decisions on how to manage the virus. For us as a close contact business, we have decided to keep face coverings mandatory in our hair salon for staff and clients as we approach this next stage. We will keep this under review until we feel confident that we can operate safely without masks.
If you are medically exempt, we will still be able to accommodate you. We will have 2 slots per hour for clients who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons. Please state this upon booking as we have certain stylists in our team who are classed as vulnerable and do not yet feel comfortable to provide services for clients who cannot wear a mask. We will ensure that we can still accommodate your appointment with another stylist.

A deposit of £25.00 is required 72 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your booking. If no deposit has been made, it is within our rights to cancel your appointment. All cancellations must be made up to 72 hours prior to your appointment to receive a refund of your deposit or to transfer it over to another date.
Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
You must have a colour allergy test 48 hours before your appointment or have had colour treatment in this salon in the last 6 months.
If you have tested positive for Covid-19 or have any symptoms, you can transfer your deposit to a later date. If you have had Covid-19 or the vaccine, a new allergy test is required. If your allergy test is not up to date, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

We are proud to be a part of the Green Salon Collective, recycling all that we possibly can from your hair and colour product to the foil and even the PPE we use, all of which would ordinarily go to landfill.
The Collective recommends that all Green Salon Collective members add a surcharge of £1.00 to every client’s bill to go towards the cost of using their services
The surcharge will automatically be added to your bill to help our hair salon to be as green, and as eco-friendly, as we possibly can
