Our combined hair salon, beauty salon, and tattoo studio is full of friendly faces and positive vibes. We will always be an eco-friendly salon. 98% of our products are vegan and 100% cruelty-free. Even our towels are biodegradable, made from sustainably sourced bamboo! Firstly, what you really need to know is that we truly care about hair! The condition of your hair is our number one priority so, with every appointment, comes an in-depth consultation with the health of your hair at the heart of it. You will sit down with your stylist and discuss exactly what it is you would like to gain from your visit.

We have 10 stylists in the Renaissance family and with that comes a wealth of experience. There is little we can’t do when it comes to your men’s hair or women’s hair. Clients are charged a 100% fee for non-attendance. You can process payment when marking appointments as a no-show in your calendar.
Clients are charged a 50% fee for cancellations that occur with less than 48 hours’ notice. You can process payment when marking appointments as cancelled in your calendar. Clients automatically get charged when cancelling online themselves.
Any property left on these premises will be held for 3 months. After this period, the items will be disposed of.
Every effort will be made to identify the owner of the item and to contact them wherever possible. Once contacted, we expect all items to be collected within a 3-month period.
After this period, items will be disposed of.
For the property to be reclaimed, a detailed description of the item or items, and/or proof of ID, will be required.
We accept no liability for any property left on the premises.
Items can be posted back to the owner at the owner’s expense but will not be covered by our insurance.
All items are sent at the owner’s risk.
